While visiting From This Day Forward you may want to check out some other interesting sites in Valdese. The "Trail of Faith" located next to the Old Colony Players Amphitheatre is a reproduction of historic structures and sites in the Waldensian Valleys of Italy and in early Valdese. There is a separate admisson charge for "The Trail of Faith". Located uptown, next to the Waldensian Presbyterian Church, is the Waldensian Museum. The museum is operated by the church and admission is free, but donations are encouraged. It contains a very good collection and display of Waldensian artifacts, historic documents and photographs. The Waldensian Heritage Winery is open for tours, tastings, and sales. The local wines are produced in the Waldensian tradition by vintners with over 250 years of combined wine making experience.
